Incredible dental practice. I have not been to the dentist in almost 7 years, mostly because I have had bad experiences in the past, and laziness. Not only was this office very kind and caring, they were absolutely judgement free as well. They give great dental advice without making you feel bad. From the moment you walk in, the receptionist/ RDA, Betty, gives you a sense of welcoming. Vonda was my tech for my initial intake. She could tell that I was nervous and she did a great job being very upbeat and just talking to me to calm my nerves. Dr. Rathke came in, and I was immediately relieved from the sense of professionalism and kindness that he gave off. He was busy with other intakes but I still felt that he was very attentive to me, which is great since healthcare professionals have a lot on their plate in general. Today I had my teeth cleaning with Dianne. She was incredibly upbeat and kind. I was nervous about the teeth cleaning since I have never done it before, and she explained every step of the process so that I could understand. My teeth also feel and look great now. I also spoke with Crystal, the account manager(?). She did a great job at explaining the terms of my insurance as well as going through each individual prospective charge for my treatment plan on my teeth. I appreciated the attention to detail that Crystal showed with professionalism and friendliness. Overall I could not recommend this office enough. All the staff, DDS included, work with a smile. I pretty much never write reviews on Google, so it’s probably pretty important that I felt the need to go on here and write this review.
